Testing Accommodation Procedures
To receive extended time for exams in the Student Success Center, students must observe the following procedures and guidelines:
- Students must schedule exams at least 4 days prior to the exam date. For example, forms for Friday tests/quizzes should be submitted by the preceding Monday at 4:30pm.
- To schedule a testing time, students should login to Accommodate and select “Testing Room.” Click “New Booking Request” and fill out requested information. Check availability and select a time slot for your test or quiz.
- After submitting, you will receive communication from the Student Success Center (SSC) for confirmation. Students may not be allowed to take exams in the Student Success Center if they do not provide adequate notification.
- Once the student submits the Testing Request Form, their professor will be notified by email. The student should follow up and ensure the professor gives approval, as all testing accommodations in the Student Success Center must be approved by the professor.
- Any student who needs a computer for testing purposes must notify the Student Success Center before each exam.
- If a student is unable to take the exam at the scheduled time, he or she should contact the professor directly. The student should also notify the Student Success Center about any changes in the exam time.

Important Reminders:
- If the student does not show up at the scheduled time, the test will automatically be returned to the professor.
- If a student arrives late the day of the exam, he/she will not be given additional time at the end of the testing period.
- Any instances of suspected cheating will be reported directly to the professor. In the event that cheating behaviors are observed, the exam will be stopped, collected, and returned to the professor, who will determine the appropriate course of action. This may include filing an academic integrity report with the College.
